Interpretation

No refunds will be provided for any such claim; and the risk is entirely with the Customer. INDEMINIFICATION:

If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of our Terms, Lucid Moon Tarot may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all monetary amounts due, up and including to the date of termination; and/or accordingly we may deny you access to our Website, Services and Products (or any part thereof.)

Waiver

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Courts located in Sacramento, California, U.S.A., in all disputes arising out of, or relating to, or concerning the Terms & Conditions and/or the Site, or in which these Terms & Conditions and/or the Site of Lucid Moon Tarot are a material fact.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR WITH ANY POLICIES, TERMS OR CONDITIONS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

Translation Interpretation
